ok blogskin updated again
now i went for something futuristic

banner changed
now no more mail link, its a rollover image !
gonna update credits later
ytd was one of the last few trainings
cause rvtt chalet would crash wif 3 trainings all together
and even if i dun wanna go chalet maybe will be having overseas trip
so yea...
ytd was a slacky but special training
cause we finally had P.T.!!

tt pt no need run no need jog
all we had was moving our bodies
o ya still hav one VERRRRRRY memorable thing we did in pt
it was having our back "glued" to the wall
and we can't move
not even our head
we were stuck there for 30 sec
or more...
den if one of us moves
WE MUZ RESTART
and i caused one of it
dunno wad i do neither >.>
