ok today was napfa...
didn't expect to do well as 2.4 already sucked
so get silver nia lor...
i was chionging my pull ups did 39
one for everone in the class, one for each of my family members, and one, specially for her xD
den siwei was telling me about his sit and reach... he did 39 cm, same as me just one more can get b le... den he actually used the f word to describe how desperate he was to get one more cm for a B first time hear sia.. siwei u rock ! xD
haiz my shuttle run chiong tio 10.5... just nice B i think...sit up sucked lah... i eat too much during lunch den did 36 nia. i can get 43 at home everytime de lah...sian... next yr muz get gold so that can hav chance to be in school team since 2010 that time i may get a chance to be in school team again as the yr ones now not much pros...
sian now my hands are aching.... so tired... i shall go continue sleeping
