zzz why can't teachers older den the age of 45 juz resign and go work in someother places, like become a kindergarten teacher etc. young teachers shd be teaching us because of their abundence of knowledge, instead of old teachers who hav simply lost their mind because they've been teaching way too much. 久的坏了，就卖新的咯！ agree? the salary the old teachers had can be used to hire new teachers and new teachers usually start wif lower salary den the old teachers, so we can hav extra money to upgrade the school's facility, right?
